I have a little eco enterprise called la eco vita (or eco vita for short), I have created an ebook for beginners in italian and English to create your own shampoo bars, solid face wash and scrub and head to toe wash.

I am very passionate about sustainability and reducing plastic consumption. I have used cloth nappies on my 3 children, and home made cloth wipes. I try to make what I can for my family when it comes to sustainability, or recycle where possible.
