We are manufacturers of organic fermented milk products and cheeses. Our peculiarity lies in a complete production cycle (from growing feed, ending with a head of delicious cheese) and love for our wards – jersey cows.
The territory of our farm is 1200 hectares. Today 136 cows are under our care.
Our assortment line includes milk, kefir, cottage cheese, sour cream, cream, whey, Grzin, English, Italian and Dutch cheeses.
All products are certified according to European and Russian legislation.

We produce 98% natural cosmetics and, for each product sold, a tree is planted through the One Tree Planted association. We are working with an even greener perspective so with the next production we would like to start using an even more eco-friendly packaging.

Natural Cosmetics

We enjoy an ancient tradition in the cultivation of wheat and dried legumes, including chickpeas and lentils. In recent years we have also resumed the cultivation of ancient local wheat varieties such as Tumminia, Perciasacchi and Maiorca.

Organic farm

Cascina Bosco Fornasara is a family organic farm based in Nicorvo, in Lomellina, a land devoted for centuries to the cultivation of rice. Roberto Marinone, together with his wife Ilena, decided to convert the entire company to organic farming in 2016.
