It was given to me and I respect it by cultivating cereals and legumes according to nature and seasonality. Ancient grains are our passion. Through it we weave relationships through events “on earth”. We educate children, we entertain adults. We bring to it the sustainability and technology of smart farms having at heart the block chain project which today is our flagship. I try to learn from her, respecting her times. Sometimes with difficulty, sometimes with generosity. The earth represents our sound and its rhythm must mark all our harmony.
