From a small piece of land that my grandfather bought many years ago, a piece of land left to itself after his disappearance, my little project began.
As a simple consumer I already felt the need and the desire to contribute in my small way to the production of quality food, respectful for people and the environment.
The passion was already there, only time was missing. But when you have something inside that pushes you in a direction it is difficult to resist. So, with small steps, with many sacrifices but also a lot of motivation, I started this path, this “dream”. We are on a journey, a journey that I hope will never end.
