Floriana Franchina is a Sicilian composer, originally from Sant’Agata di Militello, in the province of Messina.

In her compositions there is a strong bond with nature and the environment. Both, in fact, are seen by the composer as elements to be preserved and enhanced.

Her videoclip “Gocce di mercurio”, which launched his first debut album, entitled “Halite” (produced by Talecinesound of Rome), was shot inside the salt quarries of Racalmuto.
Floriana’s idea is to enhance the often little known beauties of the Sicilian territory through her music.
Hers is a story that starts from a small village, going through the difficulties of an ambitious soul that feels it has to leave its mark.
