We farm using organic methods, respecting the seasonal cycles and challenging the stony soil of our countryside, which makes irrigation difficult but at the same time gives mineral properties to our crops, making them particularly tasty.
The safeguard of the whole environment is one main value that we carry on with pride and determination. For this reason we practice active recycling, we produce energy for our company through photovoltaic panels, we make sure that our packaging are made with recycled materials and we promote a zero waste philosophy.

Our main commitment as Biodiverse Farm is to increase and save flora&fauna life and the quality of our fields’ air and water. Biodiversity-friend is the first biodiverse certification for farming. It takes into consideration all the organisms and micro-organisms which live in a cultivated field in order to evaluate the quality of the earth and the surrounding environment.
