Oilalà has a long history made of traditions: my grandfather named Spiridione, called the “dreamer”, spent his life between dedication to the family and love for the countryside. Now our story continues in Puglia, a land dispensing from time immemorial excellent oils, ancient wines, cheeses, fruit.
Most of our olive trees produce Coratina Cultivar olives. We obtain an oil, rich in strong fruity, spicy and bitter hints, which denote a very high concentration of polyphenols, very powerful antioxidants (more than double compared to most of the olive oils on the market).
Being in love with our land, we treat it with love and respect. One of the products we are proud of is Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil: obtained from organic olive groves, rich in nutrients and without the presence of pesticides and other chemicals. Obtained from Coratina olives, our precious organic extra virgin olive oil has a very high level of polyphenols and tocopherols which help the body to defend itself against cellular aging and to maintain the taste of the oil unchanged for a long time. The bag in box is an innovative package, the future of extra virgin olive oil packaging for home consumption, created to eliminate waste and respecting the environment. Furthermore, in our company there is a plant for the production of solar energy.
