We aim to energy self-sufficiency, we promote self production and local farmers’ produce, our mission is to cancel carbon foot print travellers especially the ones who fly to reach us. You will be hosted in the XVIII cent. stone farmhouse restored using greebuilding materials. Solar panels are used to transform solar energy into electricity; a solar thermal system provides hot water for the guests’ needs in summer; wood from our forests provide hot water and heating in winter. We are under certified standards of Eco- Bio Tourism and all the food products are certified organic. We cultivate the land according to the organic agriculture criteria, maintaining its fertility, enhancing its biodiversity. At the farm you can enjoy picking vegetables from our organic garden, participate in a cooking class with farm to fork – lunch, relax in the whirlpool in the middle of the oliveyard, smell and taste our sourdough bread or pizza with our olive oil or just listen to the sound of Nature. Healthy food, good wine, friendly chatters, recharge in Nature… is there anything better than this?
