Sustainable viticulture is not to be understood only as environmental protection but as a “style” rediscovered.

We concentrate our efforts on a sustainable approach to grow grapes and produce wines of quality and great expressive force, which transmit the most important features of our territory. Some of our vineyards are certified organic, and the winery operates according to the production method by the Biological Control and Certification Body (BIOS).
Green Project is simply an awareness of what we do every day in our company for a long time in all the production phases, without ideologies or extremisms, animated by the desire to improve. It is undeniable that we can always do more and that we are only at the beginning of a journey: a project. Common sense and social responsibility in the various processes: merely expose oneself to the genuineness of the correct agronomic and cellar practices, self-certifying one’s own doing, to guarantee the quality, contributing to environmental sustainability while respecting existing territorial balances.
It is our corporate initiative, but it would be desirable to have a project on the territory not as a mere marketing tool but as a collective and personal gratification. We all need to have environmental consciousness.
To reduce the environmental impact, we cannot confine ourselves to our borders.
