I promote eco-sustainable tourism in Sicily through bicycle tours, without CO-2 emissions. I dedicate myself to the protection of the environment and the landscape with conceptual or material actions, participating in ecological campaigns and initiatives promoted by national and international associations. I am vegan and believe in conscious nutrition.

We enjoy an ancient tradition in the cultivation of wheat and dried legumes, including chickpeas and lentils. In recent years we have also resumed the cultivation of ancient local wheat varieties such as Tumminia, Perciasacchi and Maiorca.
